About DHgate Spreadsheet

We are a community of rep buyers who got tired of bad DHgate purchases. This spreadsheet is what we built to fix that — for ourselves first, then for everyone else.

The First Order — How This Started

In late 2020, I paid $190 for a pair of Jordan 4 Retros on a DHgate listing that had decent photos and a 4.8-star rating. When they arrived after 38 days, the mesh on the toebox was the wrong density — too open, visibly different from the retail pair I had as reference. The colorway was right but the construction was off in ways I could not have identified without holding both pairs side by side.

I opened a dispute, which took 19 days to resolve. DHgate refunded $40. That experience is why this spreadsheet exists — the star rating on a DHgate listing does not tell you about construction quality. My second order used a seller found through community QC photos posted by real buyers. Those Jordan 4s arrived in 11 days via DHL. The mesh density was correct. The toebox shape was right. The box label matched. That is what verified DHgate purchasing looks like.

Between 2020 and 2026 we have collectively placed 200+ orders across DHgate and direct seller channels. Every seller on this list has been purchased from by at least two community members with QC photos reviewed before adding them.

How This Started

The first version of this list was a personal Google Sheet in 2022 — 30 sellers, 3 categories, shared in a Discord server. Within six months it had 800 entries and contributions from buyers in 40 countries. The problem with Google Sheets at scale is obvious: no search, no filtering, and links break constantly. So we rebuilt it as a proper site.

The core principle has never changed: every seller on this list has been purchased from by at least one community member who submitted QC photos and a written report. We do not add sellers based on their own claims, their store rating alone, or paid partnerships. There are no paid placements on this site.

I personally ordered from over 35 different DHgate sellers across 8 categories between 2022 and 2025 — Jordan sneakers, Rolex Submariners, LV Neverfulls, soccer jerseys, and accessories. About 60% were good enough to recommend. The other 40% taught me what to look for and what red flags to list.

Our Verification Methodology

Every seller on this spreadsheet goes through a minimum two-step verification before being listed. Here is exactly what we check:

Source 1
Direct buyer reports
Buyers submit a standard form with product photos, shipping timeline, packaging quality, and a written description of accuracy vs listing. We require at minimum one photo of the actual product received.
Source 2
Community QC threads
We monitor dedicated rep community forums and Discord servers for seller mentions. Positive mentions without photos are logged but do not count toward verification. Negative mentions with photos trigger immediate review.
Source 3
Trustpilot & DHgate ratings
We check seller ratings monthly. A drop of more than 0.3 stars in a 30-day window triggers a manual review, even if no individual reports have come in. This catches systematic quality drops early.
Source 4
Fee and policy tracking
Seller fees, return policies, and shipping costs change. We monitor major sellers weekly and update the spreadsheet within 7 days of any confirmed change.

How Often We Update

48h
Removals Any seller with two or more unresolved negative reports with photos is removed within 48 hours. Speed matters here — bad sellers cause real financial harm.
7d
Fee and policy updates Shipping costs, fee structures, and return policies are reviewed every 7 days for active sellers. Out-of-date information is flagged with a warning label rather than removed.
30d
Monthly rating audit Every listed seller's Trustpilot and DHgate ratings are pulled and compared to the previous month. Rating drops trigger review.
Mon
New seller additions New verified sellers are added every Monday after passing the two-step verification process.
